The Site is an informational and download resource for the Copperas writing application, operated by Copperas LLC. It provides product information and links to download the app.
Downloading, installing, or using the Copperas application — and any account or AI features — is governed by the separate App Terms of Service and App Privacy Policy, not by these Website Terms. These Website Terms govern only your use of the Site itself.
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, logos, and the Copperas brand — are owned by Copperas LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it in a manner that burdens our infrastructure, or using it in violation of any law.
